Duties & Responsibilities:
- Online store fulfilment process & monitoring include arranging stock for fulfilment.
- To match the payment received against the e-commerce sale (i.e., Shopee, Lazada) invoices.
- To check the reason for short payment.
- To follow up outstanding claim / payment from e-commerce marketplace vendor (i.e., Shopee, Lazada).
- To assist in preparation of e-commerce report for management.
- Monitoring warehouse fulfilment status & keep updating.
- Monitoring all failed delivery, return & refund order status.
- Cross checking return item condition to accept return or reject.
- Submit cases or claim & monitoring the claim status on marketplace & courier.
- Communicate with customer service team & outlet to arrange self-collection for customer.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Required Skill(s): using spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookup etc)
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Knowledge of E-commerce space, SEO will be an added advantage
- Able to work under pressure and handle tight timeline
- Candidate must possess at least STPM/ A-Level/ Diploma in any field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
