  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Online store fulfilment process & monitoring include arranging stock for fulfilment.
  • To match the payment received against the e-commerce sale (i.e., Shopee, Lazada) invoices.
  • To check the reason for short payment.
  • To follow up outstanding claim / payment from e-commerce marketplace vendor (i.e., Shopee, Lazada).
  • To assist in preparation of e-commerce report for management.
  • Monitoring warehouse fulfilment status & keep updating.
  • Monitoring all failed delivery, return & refund order status.
  • Cross checking return item condition to accept return or reject.
  • Submit cases or claim & monitoring the claim status on marketplace & courier.
  • Communicate with customer service team & outlet to arrange self-collection for customer.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Required Skill(s): using spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookup etc)
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Knowledge of E-commerce space, SEO will be an added advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and handle tight timeline
  • Candidate must possess at least STPM/ A-Level/ Diploma in any field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
