Job Overview:
This entry-level position will involve assisting in the creation of design materials for Menus, Posters, Flyers, Website and others. You will work closely with our director to create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and project goals. Additionally, support the team with administrative tasks in the office.

Job Description:

  • Assist in the creation of artwork design for

1. Menus

2. Posters

3. Flyers

4. Social media graphics

5. Websites

6. Advertisement artwork

  • Create social media contents and medias for marketing purposes
  • Maintain and organize design files, ensures that they are correctly named and structured
  • Work closely with director to create and refine visual concepts based on needs and feedback
  • Support in preparing design assets for print, ensure
  • Responsible for dealing with printers’ supplier for printing the materials
  • Assist in administration work in office (data entry, checklist checking, etc)
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the current checklist system

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or related Experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) or other design software
  • Added advantage with photography experience or skill
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Detail oriented person
  • Basic knowledge on Microsoft software
  • Positive attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Other Details:
Location at Desa Sri Hartamas
Working days Monday to Friday
Working time 10am to 7pm (1 hour break)
Staff benefit: 20% to 30% dine-in in all outlets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
