JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answering incoming calls : taking messages and re-directing call as required
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Providing administration support
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Process and track invoices, and other financial documents as required.
  • Calculating salaries and wages and calculating deductions of EPF & SOCSO.
  • Processing employee timesheets to calculate hours worked and calculate pay rates for each employee.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by the management.
  • Processing permit and passport for foreigner staff. (can learn)
  • Can start immediately
