Awesome Innovation Sdn Bhd is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the retail RTC and RTE food company supplier at most hypermarket, supermarket, Socmed platform. We are also a facility management company. We are currently a growing organisation and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations, maintaining accurate records, analyzing sales report and contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will be work together with an assistant in order to smooth the accounts job.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and general ledger entries. [ABSS Accounting Software or any other software is]

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports. [Automatically generated using ABSS Accounting System]

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of transactions.

- Sync with other departments (Production, Operations and Logistic) to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and financial data.

- Liaise with external auditor for yearly audited financial preparation.

- Liaise with outlets to get monthly retail sales reports.

- Analyze sales report with the Assistant given, Prepare the Quotation, Invoices, Credit/ Debit Note.

- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to identify any discrepancies or irregularities.

- Preparing budgeting.

- Liaise with external clients from govt bodies and private to claim sales payment.

- Stay updated with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Assist submission of RMCD Sales & Services Tax and LHDN.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or similar with basic accounting.

Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Accountant, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Professional certification (e.g., ACCA) will be an advantage.
