Job Scope:
- Identifying new opportunities: research markets and trends to find new business opportunities. They also work with implementation teams to achieve business goals.
- Developing strategies: create and execute strategies to grow the business, including marketing plans.
- Building relationships: build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and peers.
- Generating leads: use various methods to generate leads, such as networking, cold-calling, digital marketing, and attending industry events.
- Communicating: communicate clearly and efficiently with all stakeholders to ensure services are delivered as intended.
- Reporting: report on business development activities and outcomes to The Management.
Job requirement:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in relevant field
- Familiar with Government agencies is an added advantage
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English and interpersonal skills
- Proactive team player who is highly motivated and works well within a fast-paced environment
- Own transport vehicle required
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
