- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintaining accurate financial records: Posting journal entries, updating ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes: Preparing trial balances, adjusting entries, and closing the books.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Managing client billing, issuing invoices, and tracking incoming payments. Ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
- Reconciliation: Ensuring AP and AR records match with bank statements
- Assisting in preparing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring that deductions and taxes are accurate.
- Assist in key account ledger and allocate with credit card and ensure tally statement
- Process and preparing all monthly payments via cheque, bank drafts and bank transfer.
- Respond to vendor inquiries related to payment and resolve issues regarding payment delays
Job Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma or Degree Graduate in Finance / Accounting
- Have 1- 2 years experience in the related field
- Fresh graduate that is willing to learn and has basic knowledge in accounting can apply too.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM2,400.00 per month
