Our team is young, dynamic, and passionate about creating innovative spaces that meet client needs. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sales Designer to join our energetic team.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Person, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth with your ability to generate and close sales. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing design solutions, and presenting these solutions in a compelling way. Your ultimate goal is to translate client needs into exceptional interior spaces while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

  • Meet with potential clients to understand their interior design needs and project requirements.
  • Present design concepts, proposals, and mood boards that align with client vision and project goals.

Collaboration & Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop detailed designs, floor plans, and 3D renderings.
  • Customize design solutions based on client feedback, budget constraints, and project timelines.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, actively seeking out new leads and projects.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth handover to the project execution team.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the management team.

Project Management:

  • Oversee project progress to ensure design intent is being followed and client expectations are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay current with trends in interior design, materials, and industry innovations.
  • Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and workshops to network and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses at least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • No specific experience required, any background experience will be considered.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance aesthetics with client needs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Age 25 and below are preferrable.
