· Ensure accurate and prompt billing of all charges are keyed in HIS system for all inpatient & outpatient including Radiotherapy.
· Generate bills and ensure payments are collected before any discharge.
· To check with Insurance companies on the validity of the medical card, limit, exclusions before discharging patient. To follow up with consultants promptly in completing insurance forms as required.
· Update patient promptly on final Guarantee status & ask patient permission before allocating any deposit as payment.
· Ensure all bills submissions are done within 24 working hours of final guarantee letter obtained.
· Handle refunds for overpayment, incomplete treatment and unwanted medication on timely basis.
· Responsible to update superior immediate for any possible outstanding and follow up all outstanding bills and update superior weekly basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
