  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibility

4.1 Perform daily task assigned by superior, including machine operation, tool maintenance, service, repair and modification for existing tooling as assigned.

4.2 Perform preventive maintenance on tooling or machineries as required.

4.3 Performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned toolings /machines.

4.4 Proficient in operating Manual Conventional machines/ CNC mills, EDM/ Wirecuts/ Surface grinding abilities.

4.5 Responsible for inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality.

4.6 Follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

4.7 Practice good housekeeping, 6S and safety is observed at workplace at all times.

Requirements

  • Min 3 years experience in operating tooling machines, troubleshooting and mould repair.
  • Computer literate. Able to use machining software and Ms Office.
  • Competent to read, understand and sketch technical drawing.
  • Able to communicate and written simple report.
  • Individual operate & program CNC wirecut
  • Have basic Knowledge on program & operate EDM
