  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

To support our continuous growth, we are looking for an IT Technician to join our team to support one of our key clients on-site. The position is a long term multi-year contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users for computer systems, software, hardware, printer and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain all PC, printer, systems and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer networks, systems, and applications.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer networks. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues if required.
  • Maintain an inventory of hardware, software, and other IT assets.
  • Track and manage the distribution and allocation of IT equipment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for users and IT staff.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Assist on any ad-hoc task as required by the department.
  • Perform routine maintenance on computer equipment, such as cleaning, updating, and upgrading systems.
  • Install and update software applications and operating systems.
  • Travel occasionally to Company’s office to meet and get the company update

Qualifications

1. Have Diploma or Certificate in ICT

2. Experience below or above 1 year in IT/PC support.

3. Knowledge in windows operating system (e.g., Windows, MacOS, Linux)
