Job description

- Assist in issuing invoices, credit notes, Receipts and statements of accounts.
- Processing customer PO and organizing shipments deliveries accordingly.
- Follow-up with logistics on orders, availability and delivery status.
- Perform systematic and proper filing of documents and ensure accurate and prompt billings.
- Perform checking and verification of payment and receipts before obtain approval
- To perform any functions and duties assigned by the superior

Education Background :

- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or any other related field.
- Good knowledge of accounting practices and principles Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Possesses good work ethic, responsible, dedicated, and able to complete assigned tasks by due dates.
- Detailed-oriented, good interpersonal skills, team player, possesses self-initiative.
- Be able to communicate and work collaboratively with others in the organization.

Location : Seksyen 22, Shah Alam

Working Hours : 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday - Saturday)

* Alternate Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM600.00 per month
