Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming carpark's intercom and general phone calls to customer's inquiry
- Identify and escalate any carpark issue
- Provide information to customers for any carparks details like pricing, availability etc
- Research, identify and resolve customer complaints by understanding the root of the problem
- Monitoring the CCTV cameras
- Ad hoc duties assigned by superior and managers
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform shift duties
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to multi-tasks and able to work in intense environment
- No experience welcome to apply as training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
