Job Title: FINANCE / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance / Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our financial operations, develop robust financial strategies, and ensure the company's financial health. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.

Accounting Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Budgeting:

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the company budget.
  • Analyze budgetary discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Financial Strategy:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.

Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall company objectives.

Audit and Compliance:

  • Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews and audits.
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, and
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks.

Software:

  • BUKKU, and
  • other softwares accounting-related.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 year experience in the Finance, Accounting, or related field (MUST).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Finance Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Benefits:
