About the role
As a Clinic Assistant at Balance Clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth operations of clinic. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, this full-time position is based in our Ipoh, Perak location.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and checking in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking system
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic medical charts
Assisting practitioners with patient consultations and treatments as needed
Ensuring the clinic is clean, well-stocked and organised at all times
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient inquiries
Coordinating with the wider team to support the overall operations of the clinic
What we're looking for
Previous experience working in a healthcare or customer service environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of patients
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to juggle various responsibilities
Proficiency in using technology, including electronic medical record systems
A genuine interest in natural therapies and a commitment to supporting holistic patient care
