Responsibilities
- Assist Supervisor in the preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties (Companies Act 2016)
- Assist Supervisor to maintain statutory books and records and ensure proper filing of documents
- Assist Supervisor and provide administrative and secretarial support at daily basis
- Update and maintain relevant records and documents through software and filing system
- Prepare documents for clients
- Completing the assigned tasks within the given deadline
- Perform ad-hoc duties, as necessary
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree/Higher education level in Secretarial or Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent
- Proficient in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word
- Willing to learn and good working attitude
- Attention to details
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
