  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsible for creating visually appealing content and managing the college’s website to support branding, marketing, and communication efforts across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Branding: Develop graphics for promotional materials, including brochures, banners, social media content, and event posters.
  • Website Management: Update and maintain the college’s website, ensuring content is current, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Digital Content Creation: Manage visual assets for the college’s website and social media channels to enhance online presence.
  • Event Support: Design backdrops, certificates, and merchandise for college events and programs.
  • Photography & Videography: Capture photos and videos of college activities and edit them for promotional use.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, academic departments, and students to ensure all designs and website updates align with the college’s image.
  • Printing & Production: Liaise with vendors for printing and ensure quality production of materials.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in website management (WordPress or similar platforms).
  • Creative and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.
  • Photography and video editing skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
