Pickleball Front Desk Officer

The on shift facility specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Picker Pickle’s pickleball and social space, ensuring a high-quality experience for all players and visitors. This role requires proactive facility maintenance, and excellent customer service to create a welcoming environment that aligns with Picker Pickle’s community-driven values.

• Facility Management
• Open and close the facility on time, ensuring security and readiness.
• Monitor cleanliness, equipment functionality, and overall facility upkeep.
• Organise and restock supplies for courts, café areas, and common spaces
• Customer Relations
• Greet and assist visitors, provide information about services, and address inquiries.
• Manage court bookings, reservations, and payments.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Staff Coordination
• Coordinate and work able to work on shift.
• Ensure understand Picker Pickle’s service standards and guidelines.
• Safety & Compliance
• Enforce facility safety protocols, including rules on court usage.
• Perform regular safety inspections and address any hazards immediately.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations related to health, safety, and facility use.
• Event Support
• Assist in planning, setting up events or group activities as required.
• Coordinate with marketing for special promotions and assist in event day logistics.
• Reporting & Inventory Management
• Maintain inventory records for equipment, supplies, and merchandise.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
