We are on the lookout for a KYC Verification Processing Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience and verify customer identification, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete onboarding process for new client accounts, gathering all relevant information and ensuring a positive client experience. Verify customer identification documents and assess the authenticity of the provided information.
Analyze and evaluate customer profiles to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Communicate with customers to obtain additional information, ensuring accurate and thorough verification.
Provide financial credit/fund solutions by determining customers' creditworthiness.
Review and evaluate financial transactions and credit history on a case-by-case basis, including applications, statements, credit reports, and legal documents. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of all client information and documents.
Assess both short-term and long-term repayment patterns of returning customers.
Collaborate closely with compliance team members, sharing insights and offering support as needed.
Meticulously manage the application screening process for online LHDN agreement stamping, ensuring that each phase is reviewed and verified with precision.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
Knowledge of customer verification processes and compliance with regulatory standards.
Experience in credit evaluation or financial services.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
