Job Summary

The Customer Experience associate will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and positive experience with Purest Co. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, possesses excellent communication skills, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate responses.

Order Management: Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and resolving any issues related to order fulfillment and delivery.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome and maintaining a positive brand image.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Purest Co products to provide customers with expert advice and recommendations.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and product teams, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.

Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer service and experience.

Project Management: Work with CS Manager & management team on any projects that set for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role, preferably within the health, wellness, or consumer goods industry.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using CRM software (Gorgias, Zendesk, SalesForce, Genesys, etc), Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer support tools.

Positive attitude, empathetic, and proactive in providing solutions.

Passion for health and wellness is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
