  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As part of our ever-growing business, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day business transactions.

What You'll Be Doing :

-Prepare essential documents, including invoices, delivery orders, credit notes, purchase
orders, stock requisitions and monthly stock count basis.
-Process and track sales orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
-Coordinate with logistics partners (both local and overseas) to manage deliveries and
shipments.
-Key liaison to resolve any issues related to operation issues by identifying areas that can be improved and action plans to be implemented
-To conduct market intelligence, sourcing, and cost analysis activities & other duties as assigned from time to time

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1-2 years of people management responsibilities in a Customer Service/ Operation role.
  • Background in Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, or Supply Chain
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel & related software
  • Great personality with a willing-to-learn attitude, self-motivated, and high attention to detail, strong analytical mindset & problem-solving abilities
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage)
