Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Work with internal team and external content creators to co-develop engaging and brand-consistent content for Instagram & TikTok

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and objectives.

2. Campaign Management

Set campaign objectives, KPIs, and metrics to measure success and effectiveness.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategy and stay ahead of the curve.

3. External Collaboration

Identify and collaborate with relevant brand & influencers to co-promote
Negotiate and manage brand & influencer partnerships, including contracts, compensation, and content approvals.
Track and analyse the performance collaborations to optimize ROI and engagement.

4. Creative Communication

Convert collaborative projects to creative content across all social platform; not limited to email, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

5. Connect with the Community

Sensitive to comments and maintain engagement with community
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, trends, and conversations, and engage with users to build relationships and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with brand team to co-organise community events, online and offline

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
