Overview of the Position:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive talent to join our dynamic team under network support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that support the company’s event related to agents. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event delivery that enhances the experience and drives growth in agent recruitment.

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Plan and execute both online and offline agent training and recruitment events to confirm event dates, venues, and speakers, securing all details at least 2 months before the event.
  • Organize all aspects of event logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation, and accommodations for attendees.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of events and alignment with business strategies.
    • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, sponsors, and partners to source event materials, negotiate contracts, and manage event deliverables.
    • Maintain strong relationships with event participants, speakers, and exhibitors to foster long-term partnerships.

      Marketing & Promotion:

      • Plan, organize, and publicize recruitment support activities in advance of new campaigns to attract new recruits. Ensure all event-related communications across media channels are accurate, up-to-date, and delivered within agreed timelines.

        On-site Event Management:

        • Manage on-site event operations, ensuring the event runs smoothly from setup to teardown.
        • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and to provide excellent customer service to attendees, ensuring an outstanding experience and addressing any concerns promptly.

          Post-event Analysis & Reporting:

          • Gather and analyse attendee feedback and event metrics to assess event effectiveness and areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or management. Experience in a similar role is added advantage.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
  • Proficient in both verbal and written in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
