We are looking for a 6-month contract Junior HR Executive to support the Human Resource (HR) functions and duties that typically overseen by the Assistant Manager during her maternity leave. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking. This position is ideal for individuals seeking short-term employment and those entering the workforce.

Job functions:

  • Managing the overall daily operations of the Human Resources department.
  • Ensuring that all HR activities and tasks are executed efficiently and that the department meets its targeted outcomes and plans as set by the management.
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment with the company’s policies, procedures, and goals.
  • Under the guidance and mentorship of the Head of the Department, you will have the opportunity to lead initiatives, solve HR-related issues, and contribute to continuous improvement within the department.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Overseeing general office administration and handling various tasks.

Job requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of attendance tracking systems and payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Able to work at Bukit Jalil.
