Overview: We are looking for an experienced Motorcycle Service Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our service center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in motorcycle mechanics, combined with excellent management skills. Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the motorcycle service center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Oversee a team of technicians and support staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to increase productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all services and repairs are performed to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage customer relations and handle any issues or complaints with professionalism.
  • Maintain inventory control of parts and equipment, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary items.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in motorcycle maintenance and repair.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the service team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Service Centre Manager or a similar managerial role in an automotive or motorcycle repair facility.
  • Extensive knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and the motorcycle industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in managing budgets and basic financial reporting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Technical certification or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Repair, or related field is highly preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in motorcycle service or repair, with at least 1 in a managerial capacity.
