  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Manager

Location: Bandar Baru Bangi

Type: Permanent

Working Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm/ Saturday, 8am - 12:30pm (Half day)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and enforce quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO and IATF.
  • Lead quality audits, inspections, and testing.
  • Drive process improvements through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Develop training programs for QA staff.
  • Address customer complaints and manage product recalls.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of QA experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Familiar with IATF and quality management systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
