- Minimum one (1) year of working experience;

Job scope :
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments as needed.
- Monitor and process payments to vendors/suppliers.
- Handle customer invoicing and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable balances.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Assist in SST reporting and submission (Sales & Service Tax).
- Support auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
- Maintain and update the accounting filing system.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Generate financial reports as required by management.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Work Hours:
- 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Monday to Friday)
- 8.30 AM – 1.00 PM (Saturday - only first week of the month)
Location: Shah Alam
