  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum one (1) year of working experience;

Job scope :

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor and process payments to vendors/suppliers.
  • Handle customer invoicing and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable and payable balances.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow management.
  • Assist in SST reporting and submission (Sales & Service Tax).
  • Support auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
  • Maintain and update the accounting filing system.
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Generate financial reports as required by management.
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.

Work Hours:

  • 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • 8.30 AM – 1.00 PM (Saturday - only first week of the month)

Location: Shah Alam

Remuneration: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, medical coverage, etc.
