- Conduct employee recruitment.
- Create and record employee personal details, typhoid vaccination, and food handling certificates.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports.
- Update staffing and staff chart for the outlet.
- Record staff movements (exits) every month and prepare Employee Usage Claim Reports.
- Monitor and enforce staff discipline.
- Review staff duty schedules.
- Monitor staff tasks and manage the progress of their duties.
- Issue necessary letters and documents.
- Manage employee needs such as hostel accommodation, uniforms, and others.
- Perform other duties as directed by management from time to time.
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources & Administration.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- More than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in managing more than 50 staff members is highly encouraged.
- Able to accept instructions and assignments well.
- Able to handle work pressure effectively.
- Able to work on Saturdays every 2 weeks in a month.
- EPF, SOCSO, and EIS provided.
- Overtime (OT) if required.
- Allowances if required.
