- Diploma and above.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle tenant complaints, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide clear and effective communication with tenants via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Document and track tenant interactions and feedback in the company’s customer service system.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to tenant services, including preparing reports and correspondence.
Working Hours
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Location
- Less than 1 minute walk from PWTC LRT station.
- Accommodation just above the office.
