Inspection and Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on moulds to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
Troubleshooting: Work closely with external vendor to diagnose issues with moulds and related equipment, determining the root cause of problems and implementing effective solutions.
Repairs: Work closely with external vendor to repair or replace damaged or worn mould components using appropriate tools and techniques.
Cleaning: Ensure moulds are cleaned properly after each use to prevent contamination and maintain product quality.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and modifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to schedule mould maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Tool Management: Manage and maintain inventory of tools and spare parts necessary for mould maintenance.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and longevity of moulds.
Other duties: -
To perform any additional duties such as attend customer free mould training if required

Experience: 2 years experience in Plastic Injection Moulding or related field.
Education: Certificates/Diploma in related field
Skills: Good Communication skills and teamwork abilities
Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English
