  • Assist in the execution of multiple CRM & loyalty marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of campaign data, including customer entries, purchase records, and premium redemptions.
  • Monitor campaign progress and track key performance metrics, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.
  • Collaborate with the data entry, customer service, and premium procurement teams to maintain seamless campaign operations.
  • Prepare and validate campaign reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Liaise with the CRM project management team to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and operational timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the campaign lifecycle.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Prior experience in a campaign, operations, or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in CRM systems and tools is a plus.
