  • Handle and resolve customer feedbacks over counter
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
  • Document the details of inquiries, comments and complaints and record actions taken & follow up with Workshop/Estimator teams
  • Manage customer dispute and complicated/escalated cases
  • To liaise with the workshop departments in ensuring that customers' needs are met; on-time delivery, customer treatment
  • To provide initiative to ensure smooth and efficient operation
  • To ensure overall customer satisfaction with after-sales service
  • Engage and provide advice/resolution to customer
  • Handle repeated calls
  • Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience with luxury/high-end goods.
  • Able to speak Mandarin and Cantonese will be advantage
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with passion in customer service
  • Team player with strong interpersonal & problem solving skills
  • Computer literate in MS applications
  • Well groom and presentable.
