- Experienced candidates / Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be highly organized and has great time management skills
- Creative, can-do attitude and energetic
- Able to multi-task, proactive and a problem solver
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office
- Having experience in Recruitment is a plus

Responsibilities
Recruitment (80%):
- Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment Process – Active role, implementation, action, reporting and management and overall general input into the process by way of placing and designing ads
- Monitoring and posting of Job advertisements
- Producing and updating Recruitment reports to Managing Directors and Managers
- Assist in increasing retention of Sales Team
Administration (20%):
- To fulfill daily duties as instructed by Management
- Manage day-to-day Administration duties
- Organize office events and outings
- Be a source of continuous support for the growth of the business
- Providing support to the Sales team
