Internship Finance

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance operations, accounting processes, and data analysis. You will work closely with the finance team to support day-to-day activities and contribute to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct variance analysis and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Accounting Support:

• Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and propose improvements in financial processes and workflows.
• Assist in developing and updating financial models.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations.
• Organize and maintain financial documents for audits and reviews.

Ad Hoc Projects:

• Provide support for special projects, such as system implementation, cost-saving initiatives, and financial research

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
