Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Finance Manager to lead financial operations while playing a key role in supporting the company’s expansion into new business ventures and partnerships. This role requires a finance professional with a strong business acumen, capable of driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Operations

  • Oversee the company’s day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to support decision-making.
  • Monitor compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

Strategic Support for Business Ventures

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support the company’s entry into new markets or ventures.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and financial modeling for new business initiatives and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial viability of projects, including ROI and risk assessments.
  • Develop business cases and presentations for executive management and stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

Partnerships and Collaboration

  • Lead financial due diligence for potential partnerships, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
  • Negotiate financial terms and agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, business partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior management, providing insights into the financial impact of partnerships and collaborations.

Growth and Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to optimize financial performance and resource allocation in alignment with business growth.
  • Support the design and implementation of financial systems and processes to scale with the company’s growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights for business development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are highly preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in supporting business expansion, partnerships, or M&A is a strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software
  • Leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
