Requirements:
- Minimum SPM Level
- Pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette.
- Able to work independently, with minimum supervision, good interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
- Work Location: Puchong Prima
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System.
· Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
· Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
· Ensure the reception area is opened at 8.30 am and is securely closed at 6.30pm on working days. This is however subjected to change.
· Handle all telephone calls at reception with courtesy.
· Attend to visitors.
· Receive and sort all incoming and out-going mails, parcels, cheques and goods, etc. for collection/despatch by departmental staff/despatch personnel.
· Ensure proper and orderly working condition of the reception areas and conference room.
· Report on any failure/damage to the PABX System/ facsimile equipment immediately to the Admin Officer/Supervisor.
· Arrange for courier services.
· Ensure the reception and waiting areas are kept clear and tidy.
· Assist in the maintenance of the aquarium located at the reception area.
· Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
