Dedicated CRM marketing position to support customer lifecycle experience and automated journeys for digital products (OneApp, MY Wallet, etc…) through email, push, inapp, and SMS channels.
- Build, test and deploy CRM campaigns across multiple countries, including language preference, as it relates to digital, retail and omni-channel executions
- Build, test, and deploy CRM campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across email, push, in-app, SMS, and web push channels
- Contribute to strategic brainstorms on how to engage customers across their lifecycle stages, developing and building lifecycle and nurture workflows for users in your region
- Manage and execute campaigns according to our Marketing Content Calendar, plus expansion playbooks for new countries in your region
- Own the QA and deployment process for your CRM tactics
- Partner with internal marketing teams including design and content to coordinate campaigns, assets, and execution
- Liaise with Country Manager and Revenue teams across your region to deploy corridor-specific messaging designed to convert & retain users across digital and retail customer journeys
- Build strong relationships with other regional CRM marketing teams to collaborate on testing strategies for your customer cohort (channel, content, timing, offers)
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or email marketing
- Experience building and sending from at least one major ESP (we use Iterable)
- Knowledge of campaign management and experience deploying lifecycle tactics
- QA process knowledge (we use Email on Acid), bonus points for working with numerous translated email versions
- Aptitude in marketing analytics and what makes one campaign outperform another
- A knack for staying organized with multiple deliverables and competing timelines
- Strong communication skills
