Digital Marketing Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
2. Content Creation and Management
• Create engaging and creative content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Work with the design team to develop visuals for campaigns.
3. SEO and SEM Optimization
• Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings.
• Manage paid search campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
4. Social Media Strategy
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to drive engagement and traffic.
• Analyze social media insights and adjust strategies as needed.
5. Analytics and Reporting
• Track and report the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Email Marketing and CRM
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including designing and sending newsletters.
• Use CRM tools to maintain customer relationships and nurture leads.
7. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for campaign optimization.
• Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements to strategies.
8. Budget Management
• Oversee campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
9. Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Digital Marketing Job Requirements:
1. Educational Background
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, IT, or any related field.
2. Language Proficiency
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for handling diverse markets.
3. Experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant fields. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also be considered.
4. Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM strategies).
