Group Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Group Sales Manager to drive group bookings, build strong client relationships, and ensure seamless group experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to attract group business, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
• Client Relations: Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event planners and travel agents to secure group bookings.
• Proposal & Contracts: Create customized proposals, negotiate favourable contracts, and manage group booking arrangements.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with operations, events, and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution and satisfaction for group experiences.
• Market Research: Stay informed about competitor offerings and identify new opportunities to grow the group sales segment.
• Event Execution: Oversee logistics and coordination to ensure successful on-site group events that meet client expectations.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze group sales data, identify trends, and provide detailed performance reports to management.
• Networking: Represent the company at industry events, build client relationships and proactively generate leads.
• Customer Service: Address client concerns, resolve issues promptly, and foster repeat business by exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field
• Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, group bookings, or event coordination, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and sales performance data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
