We are hiring for an Assistant Finance Manager to join a company in the retail sector based in Shah Alam. This full-time, on-site position plays a key role in managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, preparing budgets, and providing valuable financial insights to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise and experience in the retail industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, andregulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
