Production Lead || Expert in EMS Industry || Senai

Job Description:

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators, technicians, and other staff to ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly.
• Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet deadlines and customer orders.
• Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Provide regular reports on production progress, issues, and achievements to the Production Manager or Operations Manager.
• Track production metrics such as output, efficiency, downtime, and quality.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that customer expectations are clearly communicated to the team to ensure satisfaction with final products.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in EMS Industry, at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role is preferable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficient in using production management software, ERP systems, and basic office software (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
