Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. As part of the Sales & Service Transformation team, you will help our clients to navigate a profitable path through new digital customer business models, offerings their customers will love, new digital experiences, and transformational end-to-end their digital strategies. You will: • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. • Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews to help team members grow professionally. • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. • Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning) to promote effective team communication. Enough about us, let's talk about you If you are someone with: • Proven experience in software development and team leadership, typically 5+ years in a technical role. • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum tools (Jira) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams • Ability to motivate and inspire team members • Fast-paced and collaborative environment • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
