Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all kiosk hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Track the movement and location of assets, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance departments to facilitate asset procurement, disposal, and depreciation.
- Conduct periodic audits to reconcile physical assets with inventory records and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate the shipment and delivery of kiosks to designated locations, ensuring timely deployment and installation.
- Collaborate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to optimize delivery schedules and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and address any issues or delays in the transportation process, proactively identifying solutions to mitigate risks.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to asset management and logistics.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and resolving operational issues as they arise.
- Ensure that all deployed kiosks meet quality standards and functional requirements before deployment.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any hardware or software issues promptly Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting kiosk performance.
Requirements
- SPM / Diploma holder in any related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
