Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all kiosk hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Track the movement and location of assets, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and finance departments to facilitate asset procurement, disposal, and depreciation.
  • Conduct periodic audits to reconcile physical assets with inventory records and identify discrepancies.
  • Coordinate the shipment and delivery of kiosks to designated locations, ensuring timely deployment and installation.
  • Collaborate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to optimize delivery schedules and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and address any issues or delays in the transportation process, proactively identifying solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to asset management and logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and resolving operational issues as they arise.
  • Ensure that all deployed kiosks meet quality standards and functional requirements before deployment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any hardware or software issues promptly Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting kiosk performance.

Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma holder in any related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an Administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
