Sales Assistant (Shah Alam)

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets of a minimum 10 units of motorcycles monthly sales.
• Implement sales strategies and tactics be it; online or on-ground.
• Manage and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Provide solutions to customer inquiries and manage order delivery.
• Plan and execute sales activities and monitor individual and team sales targets.
• Research and analyse sales trends in the market.
• Recommend solutions and establish rapport with customers with various options of motorcycle.
• Provide support and guidance to colleagues when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM holder.
• No sales experience is required as we believe right attitude trumps sales experience any day.
• Preference will be given to those with experience in B2B.
• Strong verbal communication skills, and active in social media (Example: Tiktok with high followers, Facebook, Instagram and etc.)
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
• Self-starter with great initiative and attitude towards work.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Possess good interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
