Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, E-Invoicing and bank reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Handle data entry, ensuring all accounting records are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in financial audits and support the preparation of audit schedules.
  • Work with Auto count accounting system software, including Excel file.

Requirement:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of working experience in an accounting role, with a sound understanding of handling a full set of accounts and E-Invoicing
  • Education: Candidates currently pursuing certifications, diplomas, or degrees in Accounting, Finance, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
