Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the senior management's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings efficiently.
  • Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other business documents as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by senior management, ensuring timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g. MS Office).
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive matters.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
  • Based in Kuala Lumpur (KL) and Subang, and willing to commute between the two locations.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
