Job Description
- Maintain a close liaison with the Security Team in security related matters.
- Assist residents to unload luggage/shopping bags from vehicle, checking with residents carefully on the number of luggage/shopping bags or any other items before dispatching to their apartments.
- Daily checking on all the facilities for any malfunctions that may require repairs and replacement. Checking on blown light bulbs, poolside furniture and any other equipment within the property.
- Perform internal dispatch duties as assigned, such as delivery and collections of local/international mail for posting, parcels and groceries.
- Responses to new assignments or instruction immediately and maintains a daily log of all occurrences and request by residents.
- Coordinated with the Security Team on the arrival and departure of visitors and vehicles and also taxi bookings.
Job Requirements :-
- Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma in any courses.
- A minimum 3 years working experience in property/building management.
- Good written and spoken language in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
