      Sales Support:

      • Coordinate with the sales and property management teams to ensure all documentation is prepared and processed efficiently.
      • Help prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents for property transactions.
      • Assist in managing the sales pipeline and keeping track of prospects and leads.
      • Provide administrative support to sales agents and property managers.

        Marketing & Promotions:

        • Assist in creating marketing materials for property listings, including brochures, emails, and social media posts.
        • Help with organizing property events and promotional activities to attract potential buyers or tenants. o Update property-related content on websites and social media platforms.
        • Execution on company different sales & marketing ideas

          Administrative Duties:

          • Handle office administration tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and managing databases.
          • Ensure all client records are up to date and properly filed. o Coordinate meetings, phone calls, and other day-to-day activities related to property management and sales.

            Market Research:

            • Assist in market research to identify current trends, property values, and competitive pricing.
            • Support the team in preparing comparative market analysis (CMA) reports for clients.

              Team Collaboration:

              • Collaborate with the property management and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
              • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team by offering support on various projects.
              • Dealing with buildings management office for collaboration

Experience in property management or real estate sales.

  • Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus).
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or property management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and real estate software platforms.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
