- Assist clients in the process of buying, selling, and renting properties.

Property Listing Management:

- Coordinate with the sales and property management teams to ensure all documentation is prepared and processed efficiently.
- Help prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents for property transactions.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline and keeping track of prospects and leads.
- Provide administrative support to sales agents and property managers.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Assist in creating marketing materials for property listings, including brochures, emails, and social media posts.
- Help with organizing property events and promotional activities to attract potential buyers or tenants. o Update property-related content on websites and social media platforms.

Administrative Duties:
- Handle office administration tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and managing databases.
- Ensure all client records are up to date and properly filed. o Coordinate meetings, phone calls, and other day-to-day activities related to property management and sales.
Market Research:
- Assist in market research to identify current trends, property values, and competitive pricing.
- Support the team in preparing comparative market analysis (CMA) reports for clients.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the property management and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team by offering support on various projects.
- Dealing with buildings management office for collaboration
Experience in property management or real estate sales.
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus).
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or property management is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and real estate software platforms.
