Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of the company's ISO 9001:2008 standards.
  • Collect and maintain daily records of expenses related to fuel consumption, Touch 'n Go usage, and Autopass usage.
  • Perform data entry into the system for all related expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports for Domestic Inquiries on any misuse or abuse of fuel, Touch 'n Go, or Autopass usage.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, vendors, or government agencies for any services or product requirements and prepare related reports.
  • Generate reports on all expenses related to vehicles under operation or support, including equipment costs.
  • Manage the reload station for Touch 'n Go cards efficiently.
  • Maintain 5S practices in the workplace, including reports, documentation, and filing systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Min 1 year experience in related field.
  • Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English fairly.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
