Location: Kempas Baru, Johor Bahru
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of the company's ISO 9001:2008 standards.
- Collect and maintain daily records of expenses related to fuel consumption, Touch 'n Go usage, and Autopass usage.
- Perform data entry into the system for all related expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports for Domestic Inquiries on any misuse or abuse of fuel, Touch 'n Go, or Autopass usage.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, vendors, or government agencies for any services or product requirements and prepare related reports.
- Generate reports on all expenses related to vehicles under operation or support, including equipment costs.
- Manage the reload station for Touch 'n Go cards efficiently.
- Maintain 5S practices in the workplace, including reports, documentation, and filing systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Min 1 year experience in related field.
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English fairly.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
