Sales & Marketing Executive

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our passionate team at Neuro Sdn Bhd. This role requires someone with a creative flair for marketing, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the company.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate on content creation for social media, email marketing, and website updates.
• Manage collaborations with influencers, including well-known figures, to amplify brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
