Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Services existing customer accounts, obtain orders and establish new customer account.
• Conduct market research to identify products’ market trend and identify product position and potential.
• Implementation of promotions and roll out for new products.
• Manage customer orders to ensure requirements and delivery lead time are met.
• Conduct a pre-survey on the travel plans and routes for smooth daily operations
• Ensure prompt payment collection from customer.
• Handle and solve customers’ complaints through investigating root cause, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
• Prepare daily call report, weekly work plan and monthly sales report
• Handle and respond to customers enquiry and customer complaints in a timely manner
• Process sales order in E-commerce and sales order by sales team
• Responsible for daily sales operations, including campaign, logistic management, product page optimization, keywords optimization, and business flow optimization.
• Work closely with marketing, merchant and logistic team closely to rectify, improve customer service guidelines.
• Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc jobs / projects as and when required by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• At least two (2) years of working experience in sales preferably in the Food Manufacturing industry.
• Sales oriented and have good time management.
• Well-versed in written and oral in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work on weekend and public holidays as and when required.
• Willing to participate in any roadshow or events when necessary.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Able to work at Shah Alam
• Willing to work on Alternate Saturday basis
